CHRIS CAFFERY – THE JESTER’S COURT (Metalville)

Review by Phoenix Van Der Weyden: There must have been something in the water back on the 70´s and 80´s because those eras really brought out the maximum guitar skill out of the musicians .

That´s the case of the longtime Savatage /Trans Siberian Orchestra guitar player Chris Caffery. A veteran on the scene and non stop musician , Chris will unleash a brand new studio album  set to be release on the next july 27th.

“The Jester´s Court” is loaded with 14 tracks and it carries all the talent Chris is known for.

It´s heavy, it´s melodic, it´s full of technique and it´s set to please every metal fan and guitar player in town .

The most interesting about this album is that it´s a force of its own , it doesn´t sound like Savatage or Trans Siberian Orchestra, it´s Chris Caffery showing his creativity in a new project, all the talent is included but it´s not a copy. It shows an artist that knows how to reinvent himself. Chris Caffery Official Homepage: http://www.chriscaffery.com/

My rating: 80/100 (Good in its own genre, recommended for those hooked on it)
